Candle Collection Returns
All candle sales are final at this time, but we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve your concern.
We will replace or refund unused candles; that were damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damaged candle is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. *Photographic proof is required for us to file a claim with the respective carrier.
REFUNDS
Refunds will automatically be refunded to your original payment (less shipping and handling fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not refund or reimburse shipping and handling fees.
E-Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please verify your e-mail address prior to ordering a gift card.
